Well done to Thorne Hill, Come Undone reached no. 31 in the Country Chart (just ahead of Willie Nelson, Faith Hill and Taylor Swift) in its' first weekend of release. This is a fantastic achievement for a new artist and we are very pleased with this result. Check out the interviews with Thorne on www.thorne-hill.com and find out how the song was produced here at Up Next Studios and released by Up Next records.

Hot Wheels Soundtrack review
In late 2010 Hot Wheels Track Attack was released for the Nintendo Wii. Up Next Studios was proud to create the soundtrack for the game and we're really pleased to see how incredibly popular the game has become worldwide.
'Stick Twiddlers', the well known gaming magazine, recently gave the game a great review and were happy to see they also loved the soundtrack. "... a funky, lively upbeat tune and fits in well with the Hot Wheels brand... The menu tune is now sticking in my head!"

Site re-design and new projects
2010 was a busy, busy year here at Up Next Studios. We worked on a wide variety of projects and achieved some great things: we released a number of songs through Up Next Records and collaborated or produced and mixed a lot more; we provided the soundtrack for one of the biggest Nintendo Games of the year, Hot Wheels Track Attack; had a hit single with Emma's Imagination, winner of Sky One's Must Be The Music competition; we worked on tracks for film, television, stage and radio; produced 2 series of Up Next Music TV; created music videos, websites, radio shows and much, much more. It's been very busy indeed.
In 2011 we hope to do even more! We have already begun work on a number of great projects that we will announce as they progress. The websites have all been redesigned and we switched to a more reliable web server. Up Next Records will have its' first release of the year with the fantastic Thorne Hill in late January. We recently filmed a music video at one of Glasgow's best music venues. We are scheduled to begin shooting on a number of video projects.... there is just to much to fit into this one blog post, so keep checking back in for more info.
Happy New Year to everyone reading this, we look forward to working together in 2011.
